When one party has control it can do whatever it wants to. It can, and will, create bureaucracies, to solve any crisis they believe exists.
Why does Minnesota have so many bureaucracies? Because the party that has run the state of Minnesota for decades believes that government bureaucracies will solve all of the problems Minnesotans face. To run Minnesota there is a need for some bureaucracies andthere are some we can get rid of. But I am not suggesting we get rid of all of them.However, when one party has control it can do whatever it wants to. It can, and will, create bureaucracies, to solve any crisis they believe exists. A bureaucracy tells you how to run your life. Aren’t you better at running your life than a bureaucracy in St. Paul?
